Oregon State Student Housing in Corvallis, OR
Named after Oregon State University’s first college newspaper, the Gem is a colorful building conveniently located on the University’s campus. Formerly known as the College Inn, the residence was given a massive renovation in 2006 to make it an ideal housing destination for students across Corvallis.
College students have little time to worry about buying and moving furniture, so every apartment available for rent at the Gem comes fully furnished, and all utilities are included. The Gem includes a number of studio arrangements as well as 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Facilities like a gym and a laundromat are included in the building for the convenience of our residents. Our other amenities include the following:
- Utilities Included
- Controlled Access/Gate
- Nearby Public Transportation
- Community Lounges
To learn more about other amenities we have to offer, please visit our amenities page. We also have an array of online tools that make living in one of our apartments easy, such as online rent payment and online maintenance requests.
Living Learning Community Model
The students who live at the Gem have always been dedicated to their education, so we instituted a Living Learning Community model to break the mold of a structured dorm. The Gem hosts a variety of community spaces to be used for both social gatherings and study groups. Our Resident Ambassadors are available to help any resident plan an activity within the facility, and we have resident ambassadors working around-the-clock to answer your questions or concerns.
